Our services are intended for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located in Indonesia at the time you access the platform and place bets. We employ geolocation technology to verify your location. Use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your location is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account termination.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into this binding Agreement. You must not be legally prohibited from gambling due to court orders, self-exclusion programs, or other legal restrictions. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not subject to any such prohibitions.
Each User is permitted only one (1) account on the rsnfun platform. Creating multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts", "multi-accounting") is strictly forbidden and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds. Accounts are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder.
To create an account on rsnfun, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian national ID card or passport), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account.
As part of our commitment to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling, rsnfun requires all Users to complete a KYC verification process before making their first withdrawal. You will be required to submit the following documents:
KYC verification typically takes 1 to 24 hours during business days. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, including inability to withdraw funds.
You agree that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of our services is accurate, truthful, and complete. You must immediately notify us of any changes to your personal information by updating your account details or contacting customer support. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
rsnfun accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is IDR 50,000 for bank transfers and IDR 20,000 for e-wallet transactions. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Verified accounts enjoy higher deposit limits as detailed in your account dashboard.
Most deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets are credited to your account instantly. In rare cases, deposits may take up to 15 minutes due to bank processing delays or technical issues. If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
rsnfun does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third-party payment providers.
All funds deposited to your rsnfun account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. We do not accept third-party payments. Deposits from joint accounts, business accounts, or accounts belonging to other individuals will be rejected and returned. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
To request a withdrawal, you must have completed KYC verification, and your account must be in good standing with no outstanding wagering requirements or bonus obligations. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching the name on your rsnfun account.
For verified accounts using major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri), most withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during banking hours (08:00-22:00 WIB, Monday-Sunday). First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and can take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals to other banks, e-wallets, or requested during weekends and public holidays may take longer to process.
The minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your VIP tier status. Standard accounts can withdraw up to IDR 100,000,000 per transaction; VIP Gold members have no withdrawal limits. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits may apply based on account status.
rsnfun does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, inter-bank transfer fees (typically IDR 2,500 to IDR 6,500) may be deducted by your receiving bank for transfers between different banks. These fees are set by Indonesian banking institutions and are beyond our control.
To comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. For example, if you deposit IDR 1,000,000, you must place at least IDR 1,000,000 in total bets (winning or losing) before requesting a withdrawal. This requirement applies to both sports betting and casino games.
Bonuses and promotions offered by rsnfun are subject to specific terms and conditions detailed on the promotion page and in your account dashboard. Not all players are eligible for all bonuses. We reserve the right to exclude any player from any promotion at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect bonus abuse.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also known as a "rollover requirement" or "turnover requirement") that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x bonus"). For example, a IDR 1,000,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires IDR 30,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal.
Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified: slots and crash games contribute 100%, table games (blackjack, roulette) contribute 10-20%, and sports bets contribute 100% (minimum odds requirements may apply). Games with very low house edge or strategic advantage may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution.
Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonuses through fraudulent means, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, collusion with other players, arbitrage betting, or using bonuses in combination with guaranteed betting strategies, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
Bonuses and associated wagering requirements typically expire 30 days after issuance unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Unused bonuses and unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiration.
All bets placed on rsnfun are subject to acceptance by our system. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, betting patterns indicative of advantage play, or technical errors in odds pricing. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your bet slip history, it constitutes a valid wager.
All bets are settled based on official results from governing sports bodies and leagues. For football (soccer) matches, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and other leagues, bets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless explicitly stated in the bet type.
If a sports event is postponed and rescheduled to take place within 48 hours of the original start time, all bets remain valid. If the event is postponed beyond 48 hours or abandoned before completion, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded, except for bets on markets that have already been determined (e.g., first goalscorer in an abandoned match where a goal was scored).
If obvious errors occur in odds pricing due to human error or technical malfunction ("manifest mistakes"), we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Manifest mistakes include clearly incorrect decimal odds (e.g., odds of 1000.00 for an overwhelming favorite), wrong match participants, or incorrect market types. Players cannot claim winnings from manifest mistakes.
All casino games, slot machines, and random-outcome games offered on rsnfun utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and audited by accredited testing laboratories including eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and Gaming Laboratories International (GLI). Results are provably random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by the platform or players.
Each casino game and slot machine has a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term payout rate. RTP is calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual gaming sessions may vary significantly from the stated RTP due to variance and short-term luck. RTP information is available in each game's information panel.
In the rare event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue that affects game outcomes, the round will be voided, and stakes will be refunded to affected players. We are not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected bet stakes.

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential legal action. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities investigating illegal activity.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rsnfun and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our maximum aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you made to your account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to liability.
We are not responsible for any losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, bank processing delays, natural disasters, acts of government, or force majeure events.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for account termination include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering concerns, abusive behavior, or violation of local laws. Upon termination, you forfeit all rights to your account balance and any pending winnings.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before we close your account, you must withdraw all funds (subject to wagering requirements and verification). Once closed, your account cannot be reopened. Any attempt to create a new account after voluntary closure will be detected and both accounts will be permanently banned.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. We may charge an administrative fee of IDR 50,000 per month on inactive accounts with a remaining balance. Accounts inactive for 24 months may be permanently closed, with any remaining balance forfeited to cover administrative costs.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which rsnfun holds its operating license. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful within 30 days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction in which we are licensed. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree to resolve disputes with rsnfun on an individual basis only. You waive any right to pursue claims as part of a class action, consolidated proceeding, or representative action. This waiver applies to all claims under this Agreement.
